I ♥ art, music, as well as fiction (and vampires). I am clearly a procrastinator, who is too lazy to write a proper bio at the moment.

Finally, after what seemed like years (when it's only been months, really), I am officially in winter vacation!

-goes to sleep for 42 hours, but wakes up because I have something else to write here-

As some of you know, this semester, I had to pick a complementary class and I just so happened to pick a cinema class. Let me tell you, it was the best worst mistake ever. See, I was rather content with my choice of going into Computer Science, but the cinema class absolutely reminded me of what my true passion was. I had missed editing videos so damn much! Back in High School, we had to do so much of it in Drama and in English and I was also making nail tutorials during those days. Needless to say, CEGEP (college) had kept me way too busy for me to pursue this kind of stuff. However, as of lately, I have spent countless hours working on the movie we filmed back in November. I could sit at my computer and edit during a whole day without even noticing that hours passed. Every time I had the opportunity, I would end up in the editing room (with and sometimes without the rest of the editing team) and tweak the movie until I was satisfied with how it conveyed the original script.

As of now, the movie's done. We had a fancy movie premiere on December 17th and while the movie was not absolutely perfect in every way, we were all very proud of what we did.
Oh and if I may add, the amount of people who were at our premiere (about 137 people) totally beat the amount of people who went to see Star Wars on the same night at our local movie theatre (a little more than 30 people), so yay us!

Why am I telling you all this, you ask? Well, it's quite simple, really. The movie's out on Youtube and I thought that I might as well share it! Thus, without further ado, I present you L'amant, a movie about a young man whose romantic partner is not exactly approved by most people.
(Quick warning, the movie is in French, but I actually have an english translation right here.)

Withering Ice Cover by Silyah246
Withering Ice Cover
CHAPTER 6 ALERT!!

Hello everyone! :D

"What is this?" you ask me. Yes, yes, that's exactly what you think it is!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the grand reveal of the cover art and title of Artemis Fowl and the Games Hunger's sequel. The release date of the fanfiction itself is yet to be set, but take this as a proof that we are indeed working on it!

This cover features the original design of the Catching Fire cover for continuity purposes and the colors also add to a hidden meaning related to the story. Instead of a mockingjay, you can see an aremèsia on this cover, which is a tribute to Artemis and Silyah's time in the arena. The heart of the flower, as well as its outer petals, are frozen, but as you can see here, the center is starting to melt.

So, what do you think we have in store for the rest of the adventure? ;)

Just like with the first book, this description box will serve as a table of content for each chapter of the story, so make sure to stay tuned for the latest updates!

Hello everyone!

Just a quick announcement to tell you all what I've been up to (aside from being overly busy with school and making a movie with my Cinema class).

For a little while now I've been in contact with Azalea from Azalea's Dolls and I contributed to the drawings in her most recent doll maker based on Star Wars.

Between my classes, I've worked on the Queen Amidala hairdo and crown, two sets of boots and a little selection of Stormtrooper-based items.

The whole game looks absolutely fantastic, so if you've got a minute to spare, feel free to check it out here: www.azaleasdolls.com/dressupga…

May the force be with you!

Character: The Evil Queen (Regina Mills) from Once Upon a Time
I'm not affiliated in any way with Once Upon a Time or ABC, the logo belongs to them. (Even if I made the one in this picture in Corel Draw x7)

This costume was handmade, from the pattern, right down to the lace, which I made myself in order to get the same pattern as the real thing. I also jeweled and beaded the whole thing by hand and I even made the comb out of a piece of a plasic bottle and tons of rhinestones.
My mother helped me out with the wig the morning of the convention and I did the makeup. The necklace was found online and it is exactly the same one as Regina's. :D (Big Grin)

Tons of hours of work went into the making of this cosplay and let me tell you, I am extremely proud of my progress.
